To provide management ,advocacy and leadership training to LSO office bearers.To organize activist workshops(Managers conference) at field office level.To organize monthly programme planning & review meetings of CRPs.To provide support in CO/VO and LSO formation .To work as supportive supervisor and back stopping supporter to CRPs in CO formation .Make liaison different stakeholders for training at field .To provide the list of COs/VOs/LSO with supporting documents to DPO for government notification.To carry out the assessment of technical & vocational skills training participants before sending final nomination to district office.Monitoring of all trainings.Responsible for preparation and submission of training progress reports to HRD officer.

Enable community to plan, implement and monitor the TEVTA activities.Prepare and update profile of the project area.Establish and maintain good report with community and involve them in TEVTA activities.Provide one to one motivation/counselling sessions to upscale and enrich a replicable and participatory community based TEVTA model in project districts.Visit to other areas for conducting mobilization.Maintain diary and documents all activities/appointments.Submit daily, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports as per schedule.Development of linkage with health services providers , institutions of technical and vocational trainings ensuring access to basic information related to health services and livelihood as well.
